Business Process Development

MSLLC has developed processes and procedures for project teams including project managers, key team members, and support organizations. Key processes were documented and used to develop project flow diagrams for typical project types and detailed project management procedures were generated. The processes and related project management procedures were carefully tailored to ensure complete compliance with all 32 EVMS criteria, as documented in the ANSI/EIA Standard 748-1998 and according to PMI’s PMBOK.

In addition to the aforementioned support, MSLLC was responsible for assisting in the development/maintenance of USACE wide Business Processes both for direct business lines as well as the support organizations. This included working with District, Division, MSC and Headquarter personnel to generate a consistent, common approach to Project Management.
