Risk Management

MSLLC personnel provide comprehensive support for the entire Risk Management process. Risk Management training classes have been conducted nationwide for DoE, DoD, commercial clients, and professional organizations including ASCE and PMI. Course modules include the following:

• Risk Identification.
• Risk Analysis,
• Risk Response Planning,
• Risk Monitoring and Control,
• Risk Management Plan preparation.

In addition to providing training, MSLLC has experience in actually developing and leading the risk management process for large engineering and construction projects. This resulted in the development of Risk Management Plans that were updated/maintained throughout the life cycle of the project.
