MSLLC has provided comprehensive Project Management/Controls and Process Improvement services to the DOE, DoD, and commercial customers around the country for most of our corporate history. MSLLC has expertise in controlling and tracking projects for fixed price, time and materials, and cost reimbursable contracts in the engineering, environmental, information technology, and construction industries. Our primary goal is to provide value added tracking and analysis of project data to allow project management as well as line management to proactively alleviate unnecessary schedule delays or negative cost impacts.

Construction Management Services

We are one of the only Woman-Owned Small Businesses in the nation delivering Construction Management Services as a prime contractor to USACE. Our Construction Management Division initiates and maintains project schedules and cost status information using USACE’s P2 system. We have demonstrated successful experience with USACE reporting systems such as RMS and QCS, in addition to our experience with commercial project management software systems such as Primavera Project Planner, versions P3e and P6.

Process Improvement Services

The Process Improvement Division staff assists clients develop, implement and improve integrated systems of people, money, knowledge, information, equipment, energy and materials. Working in the functions of business analysis, industrial engineering, operations research, process engineering and quality management, the Process Improvement Division uses traditional approaches of engineering analysis and combines those with the principles of statistical, physical and social sciences to optimize the client’s business results. Our primary goal is simple – move the important numbers in the right direction by selecting the right approach to address the specific challenge facing the client.

Cost Estimating Services

MSLLC also prepares various types of cost estimates including detailed cost estimates for current planning; Independent Cost Estimates for individual project procurements; and parametric planning estimates for use in out-year planning exercises.
