Business Process Re-Engineering (Accounts Payable)

The Challenge  

A large physician staffing company with a nation-wide presence was using an outdated, manual process for accounts payable. The process was unclear, undocumented, and varied in form between the resources. Additionally, the configuration was seen as costly by the organization. Management Solutions was tasked with documenting all existing accounts payable processes and determine a structured, automated, and cost competitive process that could be used for all contracts.

 

The Outcome  

Management Solutions successfully implemented the new accounts payable process and trained internal resources as well as the external vendor; to ensure a seamless transition to the newly established process.
