Our client had data and documents stored in multiple formats and in several modalities — on individual computers and physical file folders. They were participating in the CMS Bundled Payments for Care Improvement (BPCI) initiative and needed help with data management. Management Solutions was tasked with developing a common cloud-based storage facility and visualization tool to translate the complex data into information used to inform business decisions.
Management Solutions created a centralized cloud-based document storage solution with a set of processes and guidelines for storing and retrieving data. Our solution set also made our client eliminate the need for additional FTEs to manage the data manually.
