What is your role at Management Solutions?
“I’m the Data Lead at Management Solutions. My key responsibilities involve managing the execution of our data-related projects, making sure they’re on track and thinking about the future needs of our clients while trying to get ahead of those challenges and opportunities. One particular focus is leading our AI initiatives, including applying machine learning to project management enhancement and finding novel ways of using AI tools to increase effectiveness and efficiency.”
What does Management Solutions bring to the table for clients?
“The biggest thing that we bring to the table is our quality expertise. We offer a breadth of technical services in the advanced digital solutions space: helping clients meet new global threats and improving their project management processes to be more effective with their data. The work is done with the highest quality, which goes along with integrity—one of our company’s primary values. I see that all across the company, with what people are doing. They really care about what they’re working on and what they do. I think it was Henry Ford who said, “Quality means doing it right when no one is looking,” and I definitely see that at Management Solutions.”
What has been the most rewarding project that you have worked on?
“The most rewarding project I’ve worked on was playing a part in helping the Department of Energy (DOE) further its clean energy goals for developing the country’s clean energy resources. I was helping on the data side of things to make it a more effective and efficient process so that those resources could be put to better use elsewhere.”
Can you tell us a little bit about how Management Solutions transforms data management for clients?
“It’s amazing witnessing Management Solutions take manual, possibly inconsistent, spreadsheet-based workflow and transform it into this elegant, modern, web-based one-stop-shop data solution for clients, including dashboards and reporting functions. Our CEO Misty Mayes always reminds us of simplifying complexity—and this is embodied in our data transformation and management services. Furthermore, we can take the traditional process automation to the next level and offer extremely bespoke software solutions for clients’ specific data environments, rigorous data analytics to uncover hidden patterns, and learn from the data with AI and machine learning.”

“Our data and analytics team helps clients overcome the biggest challenges that organizations face when having data and maintaining it: organizing it, making sense of it, and learning from it. We deploy industry standards and best practices for storing their data, and then combine that with advanced analytics, including AI, to maximize the value of their data.”

“I add value every day by taking the time to clearly think through and understand the client problem, which then enables designing an elegant solution that transforms the way they work. I’ve found that if we truly understand that problem—or even multiple connected problems and disentangle them—that the solution is quite simple and naturally arises from the work you put in to understand it.”
