Over the past 12 months, the Management Solutions team has been proud to support transformative initiatives for our nation’s energy, environmental, and national security. 2024 was also a significant one for the firm, with record growth, an expansion of capabilities, and new subject matter experts across many technical areas. Here’s a closer look at our year.

Record Growth
This year, the firm’s dedicated workforce expanded by 20%, all experts in their own fields, and thanks to a second-to-none awesome place to work. The workforce and SME expansion enabled the firm to enhance its service offerings significantly, including energy technical support services, environmental remediation, predictive project management systems, and advanced data analytics
Supporting STEM Education
This year, Management Solutions’ Founder and CEO, Misty Mayes, gave the Commencement Address to the University of Tennessee Tickle College of Engineering. At one time, Misty was one of only a handful of women in her graduating engineering class, and today she’s a leader and mentor for the college, serving as a member of the Tickle College of Engineering Board of Advisors, where she was the first woman chair, and the Haslam College of Business Management Advisory Board.
We believe that the progress we’ve made together as a company is a testament to the dedication of our team members who are constantly looking for ways to serve clients better and improve the lives of those around them. Cheers!
