Our client was going through a rapid growth phase with several acquisitions and market expansion. They also had difficulty executing increasing numbers of strategic initiatives in a timely manner to meet their organizational needs.
Management Solutions was tasked with performing an evaluation of the client’s current project management state, as well as the desired future state to achieve the appropriate maturity level for the organization’s Project Management Office (PMO).
Management Solutions facilitated focus group surveys and targeted interviews, then aggregated the results and mapped out the current state. The current state was reviewed with all stakeholders and approved. Thereafter, Management Solutions partnered with clients to define a target/future maturity state and developed a roadmap and timeline to achieve the desired project management maturity level.
